The door flies open and Daniel falls into the Inn's lobby. There's a blue glow around the door as it slams shut before vanishing. Yes, Daniel, you gated into the Inn. Again.

"Fuck, Jack's going to kill me. AGAIN."

Danny is annoyed.

Okay, really, Danny is ticked off.

He's pacing back and forth, muttering under his breath, gesturing with his hands like he's trying to strangle somebody who's not there.

Clearly he needs to be calmed down. Don't worry, he's unarmed.

There's a Daniel lounging on a couch, not researching for a change. He is reading, however. The book's intriguing, to say the least, and he hasn't read a good mystery in ages.

He's totally botherable, though he might not notice anyone else at first.

Jack's outside this morning, running laps. Memories constantly joust in his head, vying for his attention.

How long is long enough?

He stop after twenty laps, bracing his hands on his knees and breathing deeply. Sweat runs down his face.

It's been a few hours since the super soaker battle, and Daniel had left the Inn after the door appeared. However, once he's left several years have passed for him.
